Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona: “Live Better”
Between 6 and 8 November 2024 the SURE Facilitation and Synthesis Research (F&SR) Team was present at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona represented the SURE funding priority. The Smart City Expo World Congress is the world’s biggest and one of the most influential event on urban innovation. The event serves as a platform for government officials, industry leaders, and experts to discuss and share ideas on creating more efficient, sustainable, and technology-driven urban environments aiming to foster collaboration and inspire cities worldwide to adopt smart solutions to urban challenges. Visitors of the SURE booth gained insights into the funding initiative, including its objectives and projects. Results of the SURE projects were presented along the SURE dashboard to academics, researchers, and urban practitioners from all over the world.
