Discovery Tour - Urban Sustainability Around the World
The Discovery Tour - Urban Sustainability Around the World is part of the Hamburg Sustainability Week. In this 1,5 hour condensed workshop we bring together the UN Sustainable Development Goal Sustainable Cities and Communities and insights from the SURE – Sustainable Development in Urban Regions project. Using the SURE atlas, an interactive touch-table tool, participants will discover research findings in a playful and accessible format.
Participants will explore connections between Hamburg and urban areas in Southeast Asia, reflect on topics such as climate change, resilience, and ecological challenges, thus gaining a better understanding of how global sustainability issues shape local realities.
